DOREA would like to invite organisations to join our already prepared project proposals for Erasmus+ KA1 Youth workers mobility projects for the upcoming application deadline 4th of October 2018.

Project proposals

Please see below more information about our project proposals which you can join as a partner organisation for the upcoming call.

 

1. STOP@Bullying

The main theme of the project is the involvement of youth-workers in tackling the issue of cyber bullying by involving comprehensive discussions regarding best practices and exchange of knowledge on how youth workers can tackle the severity of cyber bullying and support victims of it.

2. CREATE, FACILITATE, REPEAT

The project will focus on the project management cycle and skills needed to increase the quality of Erasmus+ projects. The main aim is to provide youth workers and youth organisations with knowledge and tools needed to create, manage and implement projects funded by Erasmus+ programme in the field of youth, giving the specific focus on the quality of the training course design as well.

3. EUinitiation

The project “EUinitiation” will focus on the youth workers, that can be potential initiators, and will promote active citizenship in order to ensure that every member of the EU can have an impact on EU policies.

4. “COACH YOUR LEADERSHIP”

The project “Coach Your Leadership” will aim to introduce the term of e-leader and e-leadership and provide the set of skills/knowledge and tools about e-leadership to youth organisations and youth workers and show them how they can use it in their work empowering youth – encouraging active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, learning mobility opportunities for young people, etc. – as well as promoting their work activities and organisations.

5. “MASS MEDIA”

The youth workers participating in “Mass media: inside out” will exchange the good practices of empowering young people to be more aware of media messages surrounding them, how to find and filter the right information and develop critical thinking and media literacy.

6. “A STORY TO TELL”

This Project Training course is based on providing public speaking skills and competences with improvement/ development of leadership skills. Participants will learn how to speak so as people want to listen, how to express their opinions in a structure way and how to prepare, present and evaluate a speech. They will also learn how to lead with a story/practice story telling and how to speak for unexpected topics in a specific time frame.
