WHAT IS ERASMUS+ KA1 STAFF MOBILITY?

The Erasmus+ programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernise Education, Training, and Youth work. With Erasmus+, training opportunities are available to staff working in education, both in teaching and non-teaching capacities. Training periods abroad can consist of job shadowing, observation periods, professional development (staff mobility) courses or specific competence-building events.

We are inviting Schools and Adult education centres to apply for the ERASMUS+ KA1 staff mobility funding and develop your staff members' competencies while participating in ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility training courses. Let us guide you through important documentation, recommend the application content, and much more! You can also check the small guidebook we prepared for you with the most important information about the call here.

Please note that the next deadline for the applications will be on the 20th of February, 2024 (at 12:00:00 midday Brussels time).  We would advise following news of your National Agency as well as reading  Erasmus+Programme Guide 2024 and 2024 Annual work programme before starting your application.

EU login - OID number

To apply for Erasmus+ KA1 grant you must register your School/VET/Adult Education Center in EU Login (formerly ECAS) and obtain a unique Organisation ID (OID). Also consider if your organisation is already registered, you do not need to register again. Please note that the Organisation ID has replaced the PIC as the unique identifier for the organisation to apply for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps actions managed by National Agencies. Organisations that have a PIC and have previously applied for funding in these programmes through the National Agencies have been assigned an Organisation ID automatically.
