Project kick-off meeting
DOREA celebrated the starting of the new year with a new project. From 21st till 22nd of January 2020, the DOREA team took part in a kickoff meeting in Matosinhos city in Portugal. The project called “GrowINg” started this month and DOREA together with partners from Portugal, Greece, and Italy will be working on the project for the next 2 years.
During the meeting, participants not only discussed the project in general, upcoming activities, and responsibilities but also had a chance to get to know each other better and improve their own entrepreneurship skills in the EntreComp workshop organized by Greek partners.
Project idea
GrowINg – SME’s Growth and Innovation through Learning at the Workplace aims to create, test, and mainstream innovative solutions for lifelong learning of adults at the workplace, allowing the assessment and development of employees’ entrepreneurial skills through a holistic approach to career guidance strategies in SMEs. The project is built-on a “bottom-up” approach, involving the employees, employers, and business associations around a comprehensive process covering the components of analysis, practice, and policymaking.
