Confirmed Erasmus+ KA1 project

We would like to announce great news as DOREA has confirmed Erasmus+ KA1 youth workers mobility project: “Own the Potential of Environment in Non-formal Education” (OPEN Education). This project is one of the activities that DOREA as educational organisation is focused and connect its activities towards youth and adult personal and professional development.

Own the Potential of Environment in Non-formal Education – OPEN Education

The OPEN Education project is developed through our experience in trainings and exchanges of the past years we did with our partners. What we see is that many youth workers and organisations have trouble when it comes to creating a learning environment when (suddenly) being in a new environment (location, weather, no electricity, etc.). Through OPEN Education we want to train and educate youth workers and youth organisations on how they can create learning context for youngsters in every situation.

During the training course in Cyprus experienced youth workers will have the possibility to share expertise among each other and at the same time learn how to use different environment during their work with youth. This will boost their knowledge and increase capacity of youth workers from all over the Europe. DOREA will host participants from Czech Republic, Italy, Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, Spain, Latvia, Germany, Bulgaria, FYRO Macedonia, Denmark, Romania and Croatia. At the end of this project there will be created youth guide with good cases, few tools for youth workers, etc. Therefore, we welcome you to follow the news on implementation of this project on our social media: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other social media.

More information about the project you can find it here.
