Mrs. Jaber has more than 15 years of international work experience in business and nonprofits organisations in several disciplines, in Switzerland, Canada, Cyprus and Jordan. In her roles, she managed and developed strategies for several organisations. She is recognised as a vivid trainer in the fields of the Project Management, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration.
Mrs. Jaber career path took her across a magnitude of industries and countries including Consulting, Banking, Training, Humanitarian, Health, and TV networks. In her latest position Mrs. Jaber was the Executive Director of Business and Professional Women- Jordan Branch (BPWA), before that she was the Country Manager of AZ-International /Jordan Branch specialised in Consultation and Training. Mrs Jaber was the Assistant Manager for the CEO of Amman Stock Exchange. At UNHCR she was responsible for helping refugees to resettle through direct interaction with US, Canada, UK, Sweden, Finland and Australian authorises. She was exposed to several departments during her position at Housing & Finance Bank and was part of the Orbit-Showtime Broadcasting network billing department based in Cyprus. As a part of her PhD research, Mrs. Jaber is involved in academic and consultancy work in the area of innovation policies in Europe, she is currently working at EFIS Centre (European Future Innovation System) Brussels-Belgium, doing analysis on smart specialisation strategies.
Mrs. Jaber’s experience also reflects her strong engagement in the areas of social responsibility and voluntary work, she serves in many youth and women initiatives and task forces, she is highly articulate, confident and a persuasive team-builder, able to motivate and communicate knowledge to achieve exceptional business performance.
