Sofija has Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences – Information Systems and Technologies (Adaptive e-Learning Systems). More than twenty years she works as a high school teacher of Informatics and Programming Languages, also she is a Project Coordinator and certified Career Advisor. Sofija attended few Microsoft Projects in Education, and she got recognition as Microsoft Expert Educator.
Sofija was an exchange teacher in a high school from Maryland – the USA, took part in a study visit at Cern – Swiss. She took part in several Erasmus+ courses in Italy (Didactic Online Tools), Spain (Improving Student’s Creativity Through Cooperation), United Kingdom (Work with Visually Impaired Students). She took two years of specialisation to become Career Advisor and got skills to recognise talented students. She is a mentor to talented students – winners of more than 80 National and International prizes. In 2014 she was recognised and won the Municipality award in education. Coordinator and author of many projects in different areas, also a coordinator for the Youth Council NGO. As a researcher, she published several papers on International conferences about e-learning.
She delivered different trainings covered by USAID, Ministry of Education of Macedonia such as ICT tools for teachers, E-Learning tools, non-formal and interactive techniques in education. Sofija is an author and adult trainer of several Erasmus+ courses.
