Jolanta (MSc in Business Process Management (BPM) Vilnius University, Lithuania; BA in Management and Business Administration Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania) expanded her knowledge by the ERASMUS exchange programme at Mendel University, Faculty of Business and Economics, Brno, Czech Republic. Her organisational skills were gained mainly during the practice at international competitive intelligence joint-venture company OBI-Consulting with the main responsibilities of Innovation research on CI and assistance on implementation of international projects. In the year 2012 Jolanta Completed her valuable internship by the United Nations Development Programme “Partners 4 Value” thus gaining the skills and knowledge of organisation and implementation of various EU funded projects. Jolanta has a vast experience in public relations and communication management, promotion and marketing as well as a coordination and management of the projects funded by the ENPI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme, MED Programme, LLP, Youth in Action, ERASMUS+. Her passion for organisational development and continuous improvement was a key step to the current position at DOREA. She is also crazy for a good music, being the violin player since childhood dreamt to become a Vanessa Mae one day.
