Are you a trainer based in Barcelona or Valencia? Let’s collaborate!

We are looking for experienced, inspiring trainers to deliver practical, hands-on, non-formal training courses for educators as part of our Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility programmes. Our training courses are attended by teachers, school leaders, and adult educators from across Europe who are eager to integrate innovation into their teaching practices. All courses run from 09:00 to 14:00 and emphasise a non-formal methodology with 70% hands-on, practical activities and 30% theory.

We are currently looking for trainers based in or near Barcelona and Valencia, with expertise in the following areas (see below). We also welcome trainers interested in future collaboration across additional training topics.


🔹 Handling Stress and Avoiding Burnout – Barcelona, Spain

📅 Course dates: 3-6 March 2026
🧩 Course: Handling Stress and Avoiding Burnout

We are seeking a trainer based in Barcelona to facilitate an engaging course focused on stress management, emotional wellbeing, and burnout prevention in educational environments. Participants will explore practical techniques to strengthen resilience, improve emotional awareness, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a trainer, you will guide educators and education professionals through interactive, reflective, and hands-on sessions – helping them discover effective wellbeing strategies, emotional regulation tools, and self-care approaches that they can apply in their professional and personal lives.


🔹 AI trainer – Barcelona, Spain

📅 Course dates: 14-17 April 2026
🧩 Course: Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Education

We are looking for a trainer based in Barcelona to facilitate an engaging course focused on integrating Artificial Intelligence into teaching and learning. Participants will explore how AI tools can support lesson planning, content creation, assessment and personalised learning while understanding ethical considerations and responsible technology use. As a trainer, you will guide educators and admin staff through interactive and practical sessions – helping them experiment with AI tools and design innovative learning experiences that can be applied directly in their classrooms and educational institutions.


🔹 Train the Trainer  –Valencia, Spain

🧩 Course: Train the Trainer

We are seeking a trainer based in Valencia to facilitate an engaging course focused on strengthening training and facilitation skills in adult and professional education. Participants will explore learner-centred training design, non-formal education methodologies, and effective group facilitation techniques. As a trainer, you will guide participants through highly interactive and experiential sessions – supporting them in developing engaging training programmes, managing group dynamics, and delivering impactful learning experiences that they can apply in their own training and educational environments.


Ideal Profile

  • Fluent in English

  • Based in Spain (Barcelona, Valencia or nearby areas)

  • Experienced in delivering non-formal education or interactive training

  • Skilled in engaging adult learners and adapting to varied educational backgrounds

  • Confident in the subject matter

  • Motivated to collaborate long-term across future Erasmus+ trainings
