From effective problem-solving to self-discipline, from impulse control to emotion management and more, SEL provides a foundation for positive, long-term effects on children, adults, and communities.
Thus, this engaging and comprehensive training course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies needed to effectively incorporate Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into their educational settings. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain valuable insights into creating an emotionally safe classroom environment, teaching self-awareness and self-management skills, fostering social awareness and relationship skills, and integrating SEL into daily curriculum planning and lesson design.
By the end of the course, teachers will be equipped with a toolbox of practical resources, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practices to support their students' social and emotional growth.
