Erasmus+ Youth workers mobility training “Core of Coaching”
The Erasmus+ youth workers mobility project “Core of Coaching (CoC)” wants to improve the quality of youth work done in Europe, by focusing on the coaching and mentoring of volunteers. The main method used will be experiential learning or learning by doing, which will be used in combination with others: Coaching, Informal learning, Somatic work and Systemic Work.
Dates: 24 September – 3rd October 2018 (including traveling days)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Participants: 3 participants from each country – Cyprus, Greece, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Lithuania and FYROM
Requirements for participants:
- Age (from 18 years old)
- at least B1 English level
- youth worker with at least 6 months of working experience at the level of youth volunteering
- willingness to improve professional performance, by developing personal coaching and mentoring attitude and toolkit
- willingness to explore and experience coaching through an 8-10 hour daily programme
Conditions: The accommodation and meals will be covered by Erasmus+ programme and the travel tickets will be refunded after the training course according to Erasmus+ distance calculator .
