Originally from Russia, based in the Czech Republic but living all around Europe, including Spain and Austria. Makes sense, Ivan is based in Erasmus Student Network (an organisation promoting mobility on principle students-helping-students). He has deep understanding and 6 years experience in volunteers management, youth work and intercultural learning. With a background in Chemical engineering (BA) and Economy and management (MA), Ivan has collected diverse work experience ranging from public institutions, through corporate giant Microsoft, to a cosy and innovative social start-up incubator. Nowadays he’s a freelance trainer, facilitator and host. For over 3 years he has been designing and delivering trainings, connecting individuals and reinforcing teams, hosting conversations in forums and meetings. His expertise is in servant leadership, personal and team development, communication, conflicts, intercultural learning, peace education. In his work, he believes in approach that is participatory, creative and holistic. Ivan is also qualified and involved in ESN Pool of Facilitators, UNOY Peacebuilders, Olde Vechte and Synergy network.
