BE YOU - Build efficiently your own understanding

 

The project " Build efficiently your own understanding!" ( BE YOU) aims to offer a solution through which youth workers contribute to reducing the social and professional anxiety of young people from Generation Z. The solution developed in the project is the innovative training tool, BE YOU, through which Generation Z youth improve their ability to communicate face-to-face, manage time, work in teams and increase their self-confidence.

The main activities of the project are:
- Creation of the BE YOU learning kit: Guide, e-learning platform, 6 workshops, 3 LARPs;
- 2 transnational learning and good practice exchange activities for 15 partners' youth workers;
- 6 BE YOU kit training and testing workshops with 150 young people;
- 6 training workshops with 75 youth workers from other organizations;
- 5 awareness and motivation campaigns with 1500 young people;
- 5 multiplier events with 175 participants.

The main output will be the BE YOU learning kit consisting of:
- Guide with 3 chapters;
- e-Learning platform;
- 6 models of training workshops;
- a LARP according to the theme of each chapter.
