Call for Trainers: STEAM, Cybersecurity & AI Education – Porto, Limassol, Barcelona

We are looking for experienced, inspiring trainers to deliver practical, hands-on, non-formal training courses for educators as part of our Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility programmes. Our training courses are attended by teachers, school leaders, and adult educators from across Europe who are eager to integrate innovation into their teaching practices. All courses run from 09:00 to 14:00 and emphasise a non-formal methodology with 70% hands-on, practical activities and 30% theory. We are looking for trainers based in or near Porto, Limassol, and Barcelona, with expertise in one of the following areas:

🧩 Course: Promoting STEAM Education through Teacher Training

We are looking for a trainer based in Porto (or nearby) to deliver a practical, hands-on training course that introduces educators to innovative ways of implementing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in their teaching. This course supports teachers and adult educators who want to foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving in their learners. The sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, helping participants explore real-life applications of STEAM in both formal and non-formal educational contexts. As a STEAM Trainer, you’ll lead workshops that encourage exploration, innovation and cross-disciplinary thinking through learning-by-doing.

🧩 Course: Cybersecurity Education for Online Safety

We are seeking a trainer based in Cyprus who can deliver interactive, practical sessions on cybersecurity and online safety. The course is designed to support educators in understanding digital threats, promoting safe online behaviour and empowering learners to navigate the digital world securely. You’ll guide participants through real-life scenarios, tools and strategies they can implement in their educational settings to foster digital responsibility and resilience.


πŸ”Ή AI in Education Trainer – Barcelona, Spain & Limassol, Cyprus

🧩 Course: Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Education

We are looking for trainers based in either Barcelona or Limassol to deliver a hands-on, non-formal training course focused on the integration of artificial intelligence in educational contexts. This course supports educators who want to better understand AI tools, explore their classroom applications and reflect on ethical considerations and emerging trends. The training combines practical exploration of AI platforms with guided discussions on how to use them creatively, critically and responsibly in school or adult education settings. As an AI Trainer, you’ll facilitate engaging workshops that demystify AI, promote digital innovation and empower educators to use technology meaningfully in their work.


Ideal Profile

  • Fluent in English

  • Based in Porto, Limassol, or Barcelona

  • Experienced in delivering non-formal education or interactive trainings

  • Skilled in engaging adult learners and adapting to varied educational backgrounds

  • Confident in the subject matter (STEAM, Cybersecurity, or AI)

  • Motivated to collaborate long-term across future Erasmus+ trainings
