EPALE’s Insights on Early School Leaving
EPALE’s July focus was the issue of early school leaving.
“55 million people aged 16-65 in Europe have literacy difficulties and many left school before the end of the upper secondary phase.
These statistics are shocking and point to the fact that a change or a significant reform has to be made. EPALE offers new thoughts on looking at the major questions that consider adult education and you can access it here.
Democracy in Education: OER online resources
Media allows us to access colossal amounts of educational information. OER (Open Educational Resources) is a platform with online courses used to organize the learning materials, discuss topics regarding different aspects of education and allow the democratization of education to happen.
“Open Educational Resources (OER) provide a strategic opportunity to improve the quality of education as well as facilitate policy dialogue, knowledge sharing and capacity building.” (UNESCO)

European Youth Media Days 2017
