Are You a Trainer Based in Rome, Split or Athens? Let’s Collaborate!
We are looking for experienced, inspiring trainers to deliver practical, hands-on, non-formal training courses for educators as part of our Erasmus+ KA1 staff mobility programmes. Our training courses are attended by teachers, school leaders, and adult educators from across Europe who are eager to integrate innovation into their teaching practices. All courses run from 09:00 to 14:00 and emphasise a non-formal methodology with 70% hands-on, practical activities and 30% theory. We are looking for trainers based in or near Rome, Athens and Split, with expertise in one of the following areas:
🔹 Gamification Trainer – Athens, Greece
📅 Course dates: 16–19 September 2025
🧩 Course: Gamification and Augmented Reality in Education
We are seeking a trainer based in Athens to facilitate an engaging course focused on gamification and augmented reality in education. Participants will discover how game-based strategies and immersive technologies can enhance motivation, participation, and learning outcomes across various educational settings. As a trainer, you’ll guide educators through interactive, hands-on sessions – helping them design meaningful learning experiences using AR tools and gamified approaches that they can apply directly in their classrooms and institutions.
🔹 Teamwork Trainer – Split, Croatia and Rome, Italy
📅 Course dates: 15-19 September 2025 (Rome) and 22–26 September 2025 (Split)
🧩 Course: Team Work as a Means for Enhancing Productivity
We are looking for trainers based in or close to Split and Rome who can facilitate a dynamic, practical course on team collaboration and interpersonal communication. This course is designed to help educators and education staff build stronger, more productive teams by developing trust, active listening, clarity in communication and conflict management skills. You’ll lead experiential activities, group reflection, and team challenges that encourage self-awareness and connection.
