Improving School Management: from Single Person to a Common Strategy
Description: This course is dedicated to school leaders and their team members and designed to demonstrate and analyse tools for creating a clear vision of the role of all elements of the organisation from a single person to the strategy of the whole school. Practical exercises will provide participants the possibility to learn methods for creating a “whole-school approach”, share good practices of Human Resource Management, learn effective strategic planning, increase knowledge on how to establish effective cooperation with parents, etc. In all, participants will be empowered to organize their own quality system.

*Choose double room sharing if you are 2 colleagues from the same organisation willing to share a double room/ or if you have any accompanying person travelling to the venue of the course together with you (we can arrange the accommodation for accompanying persons as well).
