The aim of the project is to raise the professional and key competences of 54 people aged 18-35 belonging to the NEET group from the following districts: Ostrołęka, Ostrołęka, Lublin, Lublin and Puławy by implementing a comprehensive activation program including work experience during internships abroad Cyprus from 1 January 201 to 31/10/2019.

As a result of the project, the professional competences of the project participants will be strengthened - mainly thanks to the acquired new skills & updating the skills previously acquired in practical activities during the internship (gaining professional experience). The following key competences will also be acquired: English language skills, sense of entrepreneurship as well as psychological competences (increase in confidence in one's own strength, self-confidence in the area of ​​the profession).
