Eco-Somatic Self-Care and Resilience for Educators

Erasmus+ course: Eco-somatic resilience

Description: Training that invites participants to reconnect with the restorative power of nature while learning practical, science-based tools for wellbeing and regeneration. Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, and eco-somatic practices, the course explores how breath, movement, and sensory awareness - combined with time in nature - can strengthen resilience, reduce stress, and recharge energy.

The participants will discover how aligning with natural rhythms and developing a stronger relationship with the natural world not only supports physical and mental health but also awakens intuition, creativity, and inner balance. Participants will leave with a personal toolkit of evidence-based strategies they can use to sustain themselves in demanding professional environments and inspire wellbeing in their students and communities.
