Malwina (MA Work and Organization Psychology, MA studies of Social Communication, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland) is a psychologist and soft-skills trainer. She gained her professional experience while cooperating with various youth organizations and leading training companies in Poland. Since 2010 she delivers workshops and seminars for both private and public sector, aimed at developing interpersonal skills, especially in the context of management and customer service. She is an expert in interpersonal communication, conflict management, assertiveness, teambuilding as well as creativity trainings.
Malwina believes that we can always make room for improvement. She lives up to this idea, constantly developing herself and encouraging people she works with to do the same. She is also actively involved in production and management of cultural projects – artistic events, festivals and short films as well as theatre spectacles.
