Lukas is passionately dedicated to the personal and professional development of his clients in Austria and abroad. His educational background resides in the field of psychotherapy (Gestalt and Person Centred Approach) and coaching. He completed his professional training in Mexico where he lived, studied and worked as a therapist and English teacher for over 6 years. Returning to Austria together with his young family in 2007, at first he continued his professional career in the technical area as project manager and product developer. Soon however, he reengaged with his core element: empowering people and promoting personal growth and development. He freelanced and in adult education and applied outdoor-pedagogy. He was partly designing training programmes and partly performing them nationally and all over Europe. His working areas presently cover coaching, professional orientation and career development, team-building and team-performance trainings with individuals, companies and educational organisations. Just recently Lukas has launched a local social entrepreneurship project in his home town which aims at the promotion of handycraft-skills and social competence.
