Training Programme for SMEs: Human resource development and learning at the workplace

Growing project is a European project focused on SME’s Human Resources development and learning. The project aims to contribute to reinforcing the adults’ continuous learning in the workplace, integrating strategies of Career Guidance in the Human Resources management policy, and improving the level of entrepreneurial skills of employees. As a part of the project DOREA Educational Institute is organising a free Capacity Building for Entrepreneurial SME’s training course for Managers, Human Resources managers of SME’s and professionals supporting and providing services to SME’s.

 

Dates:

• 1^st part of the training: 30^th – 31^st of May 2022 (10:00 – 17:00, light lunch and 2 coffee breaks included)
• 2^nd part of the training: 9^th -10^th of June 2022 (10:00 – 17:00, light lunch and 2 coffee breaks included)
• 3^rd part of the training: 8^th of July 2022 (10:00 – 17:00, light lunch and 2 coffee breaks included)

What you will learn during the training programme:

• What career guidance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is
• Learning at the Workplace – methodologies, tools and strategies
• Assessment and strengthening workers’ entrepreneurial* skills
• How to build a personal development plan for your employees
• How to implement personal development plans

The training programme includes both theoretical and practical exercises, as well exercises to implement in your company/organisation.

GroWing – Πρόσκληση συμμετοχής στο Πρόγραμμα Κατάρτισης για Επιχειρηματικές Μικρομεσαίες Επιχειρήσεις – ΜΜΕ (Small and Medium Enterprises – SMEs)

Το πρόγραμμα Growing είναι ένα ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα που επικεντρώνεται στην ανάπτυξη και μάθηση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού των ΜΜΕ. Στόχος του έργου είναι να συμβάλει στην ενίσχυση της συνεχούς μάθησης των ενηλίκων στο χώρο εργασίας, στην ενσωμάτωση στρατηγικών Επαγγελματικού Προσανατολισμού στην πολιτική διαχείρισης του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού και στη βελτίωση του επιπέδου των επιχειρηματικών δεξιοτήτων των εργαζομένων. Στο πλαίσιο του έργου, το Εκπαιδευτικό Ινστιτούτο DOREA διοργανώνει ένα δωρεάν εκπαιδευτικό σεμινάριο Capacity Building for Entrepreneurial SME’s για Διευθυντές, Διευθυντές Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ΜΜΕ και επαγγελματίες που υποστηρίζουν και παρέχουν υπηρεσίες σε ΜΜΕ.

Τι θα μάθετε κατά τη διάρκεια του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος:

• Τι είναι ο επαγγελματικός προσανατολισμός στις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις (ΜΜΕ)
• Μάθηση στο χώρο εργασίας – μεθοδολογίες, εργαλεία και στρατηγικές
• Αξιολόγηση και ενίσχυση των επιχειρηματικών* δεξιοτήτων των εργαζομένων
• Πώς να δημιουργήσετε ένα σχέδιο προσωπικής ανάπτυξης για τους εργαζομένους σας
• Πώς να εφαρμόζετε τα σχέδια προσωπικής ανάπτυξης

 

Το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει τόσο θεωρητικές όσο και πρακτικές ασκήσεις, καθώς και ασκήσεις που μπορείτε να εφαρμόσετε στην εταιρεία/οργανισμό σας.
