Many young people want to work to achieve results and improve the general quality of life for the society but often do not know how, have no experience, knowledge, contacts, teams or tools to initiate social activities. The main goal of the project is to meet different groups of youth workers linked in different ways to social projects or enterprises, social innovations or social entrepreneurship. The project activities will be implemented on the territory of Sofia. Mobility will take place from 9th to the 15th of October. All project activities will contribute to a common long-term goal of improving the living environment for all of us, protecting and provoking understanding of democratic and European values by working together with different groups of people who want to be active citizens. Among the main objectives of the project is the achievement of intercultural cohesion. All activities set out in the project program are aimed at networking and communication between the participants, learning from each other and to improve through the exchange of experience, knowledge, skills and good practices.

Overall, the project will improve a wide range of skills and competencies of participating youth workers related to their personal and professional development, increase the capacity of the participating organizations, and all the acquired knowledge and skills will reach a wide range of young people who will be motivated to become a part of a socially responsible and active society. Youth workers are expected to share their experiences, learnings, good practices, examples, ideas, motivation and enthusiasm.
