Classroom Management: A Solution Focused Approach

Classroom Management

Description: Teachers are trained to manage their classrooms, yet they have not been provided with the useful and appropriate tools they need to manage the entire classroom. By focusing on students’ difficult behaviour or academic problems as individual problems and separating the child from the normal classroom activities, we have only created solutions isolated from problems.

Thus, the course aim is to introduce a revolutionary approach to inclusive Classroom management and equip participants with ways of creating an environment, atmosphere and positive relationships between the teacher and students that are conducive to accomplishing the school mission, as well as reinforce their desire to make a difference in children’s lives and to have a positive influence on their future.
