DOREA would like to invite organisations to join our already prepared project proposals for Erasmus+ KA1 Youth workers mobility projects for the upcoming application deadline 15th of February 2018.

1. Mass Media: Inside Out
In the world where mass media use their power to promote racism, intolerance, ignorance and to create stereotypical images of particularly vulnerable social groups, media literacy becomes a skill that every person in search of truth needs to develop. This project aim is to develop critical thinking among people, especially the one who live in countries where different kind of propaganda or information wars is taking place. It combines different workshops related to the analysis of mass media as a source of reliable information or propaganda and some practical examples of video making, as a way for interaction with people or as a tool to manipulate them.

2. Create, Facilitate, Repeat
This project aims to teach participants how to write, manage and facilitate projects on the example of Erasmus+ programme. They will learn all the path of the creation of the project from the starting point of getting an idea and to actual implementation. During this course, participants will also develop and learn how to use skills, such as planning, debriefing, group dynamics, session design, feedback and others to make the whole process of creation easier, faster and more productive.

3. Coach Your Leadership
Coach Your Leadership is a training course for trainers, youth workers, youth leaders, educators and teachers, who actively work with international and intercultural groups, who want to enable individuals to reach their full potential through different methods of coaching, and who, are keen on developing themselves as the real leader, because coaching is defined as the most powerful method for personal and professional development.

4. EUnitiation
EUnitiation is a training course for trainers, youth workers, youth leaders, educators and teachers who want to be informed about European democratic processes and Europe of tomorrow through establishing a network for possible future European citizens’ initiative.
